Sanke is a website and app developed by Fragment in collaboration with The Norwegian Association for Mycology and Foraging and partners in digital development and design. It serves as an educational tool for identifying edible weeds in the city while also working
with the City of Oslo to map public fruit trees. The app includes recipes, a calendar for foraging walks, and other events. Sanke has gained significant attention in Oslo, featured in major newspapers and national media. It also develops smaller projects, such as wild plant- based candy, a children’s book (ages 3–6), and a cookbook documenting community foraging events with chefs.
